1. When will I receive my evaluation report?

Your report should be emailed or delivered to you within 3 working days of submitting your information.

2. What information will be in the report?

Your report will contain details of recently sold properties in your area, an estimated market value range for your home and asummary of the current state of the market in your area.

3. Is this evaluation a registered valuation?

No, this report is a comparative market sales analysis. A registered valuation needs to be completed by a licensed registered valuer.

4. Who can request a report?

Only the legal owner of the property can request a market evaluation.

5. How accurate is my report?

The report is only as accurate as the information you provide and will always be open to a margin of error. For a more accurate report, a free onsite appraisal is highly recommended.

6. Why is there a margin of error?

No one can truly know what a willing and able buyer will pay for any given home and there 100 different reasons why one buyer will pay more than another given the right circumstances.

7. How do you assess the market value range?

By comparing properties that have sold recently and are similar in house and land size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition, construction, age, location and more. It is a comprehensive analysis and you will be emailed the details of these properties to compare for yourself.

8. What do you do with the information I provide?

The information you provide is used to compile your comprehensive market evaluation, which is completed by a professional real estate salesperson in your area. Your information will never be shared, given or sold to any other person or party.

9. Will I be contacted by a real estate salesperson?

As your report is compiled by a specialist real estate salesperson, knowledgeable in your local area, they may contact you to confirm some details before compiling your report, or follow up to get feedback on the report. However, this report is intended as a free information service and there is absolutely no obligation.
